Our herd of Blond d'Aquitaine and Parthenais cattle includes some 70 cows with their calves and 3 bulls. Their meat is very popular with butchers because, in addition to their high quality, they offer a very high yield thanks to their double musculature.


These 2 breeds of beef cattle were developed in France for their very high quality meat that is exceptionally tender and contains very little fat. 

Our natural (Old-World) farming method allows our animals to enjoy our large pastures and have a good quality of life. We monitor each birth and pay special attention to the development of each calf.  We minimize any possible stress by leaving calves with their mothers at all times until weaning.

We offer our clients a variety of cuts of beef and veal.  The meat is vacuum-packed and frozen by our butcher immediately after carving.  


Clients can purchase our meat directly at the farm kiosk (by appointment) or at the Compton market every Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM from the end of June to the end of September. 


We also offer delivery service in the Coaticook area.


Since 2015, we have proudly been offering deli meats made from our meats by Eastern Townships artisan butchers including Mr. Désilet of Scotstown Charcuterie. Our variety of deli meats includes dry sausages, Chorizos, smoked Kielbassas, smoked meat and beef jerky, as well as péperettes.
