Discounts applicable in low season
High season (June 1 to October 14, holiday period and spring break): minimum rental 2 nights / week rental 7 nights (arrival Monday and departure Monday or arrival Friday and departure Friday).

When booking details are confirmed, we will email you an invoice and you can make payment online.
BOOKING TERMS
Smoking is not permitted in the unit or in the games room
Animals and pets are not allowed.
40% of the rental cost is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the arrival day.
When the reservation is made fewer than _10_ days before arrival, payment must be made in full.
The lessor will accept payment by interact transfer or credit cards..
RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing, sent to the Lessor.
If the cancellation is received less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained by the Lessor as damages.

If the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the Lessee must pay the entire rental amount, except for the damage deposit.

If the stay must be cancelled or interrupted because of unforeseeable problems with the building (water, electricity, etc.), the Lessee will be liable only for the cost of the days rented. The cost for the remaining days will be refunded, but there will be no additional penalty payable by the Lessor.
